Intended design principles
- Versioned event types and schemas
- Tenant and data-domain authorization
- Stable identifiers, timestamps, provenance, and correlation IDs
- Documented delivery, ordering, replay, and deduplication behavior
- No secrets or sensitive payloads in event metadata
